  • same here I gone from 14 stone to 10 stone 6 but still got little pouch to lose just gotta give it time I think keep being at your calorific deficit and slowly it will go (at least I hope so lol )
  • like everyone says you cant choose where you lose fat from first, I have lost around 50 lbs since I started dieting and going to gym but still struggling to get rid of this last bit belly it just takes time just keep plugging away and slowly it will come off
  • treadmill I always found the best until I pulled my hamstring and now even months later I cant run without a sharp pain in my hip, rowing machine less stress on your body I think but if your gym has a power mill use that it is a calorie burning monster

  • i used 250 ml today to make a omelette with tuna for lunch it seems fine as long as it fits your macros could eat the whole tub

  • i like lots of food so I tend to to stick to so called clean foods so I can have lots of them lol things like chicken breast, 2% turkey breast mince, tuna and lots vegtables so i don't feel hungry

  • weighing your foods is a big must once u get closer to your goal as the weight is harder to shift, I lost 40 pounds easy (well with normal exercise and "healthy foods) but when I only had 12 to go I got stuck and thankfully I found this app and I found that the "Healthy" foods I was eating wasn't as healthy as I thought…

  • although don't give up cardio it is very good for your general health and if like me you do a lot of it per week it certainly does your aid your fat loss by simply expending a lot of energy
  • you just have to push yourself into making time I finish work and go gym and although it means I don't get home till gone 7pm some nights (and it drives my wife crazy lol) you end up feeling good because even though you are tired from work you pushed yourself and got your workout in anyway

  • I drink 500 ml bottles through the day and I pour a little sugar free lime cordial in it tastes yum
  • I dunno if it true for everyone but I have found that stacking the proteins keep me full, I eat a lot of chicken breast and tuna and stuff like that and I keep fridge full of the 10 calorie jellys if I get sweet cravings

  • i do cardio 4 times a week and try to make sure i stay within my calorie goal most days i do spend a long time at gym so get quite a few exercise calories i could eat back but i try to only use about 20-30% of them
  • my gym session is 40 mins on the crosstrainer, 40 mins of various weight machines then a full hour on the power mill, I never used any of the calories back on the days off the gym I didn't even think of that cause I was always focused on trying keep all the macros in the green
