Amazing and annoying how quickly motivation and focus can fade. After a good few weeks, I'm back on the struggle bus. Again. But I'm here writing my goals and trying. Log all food. Exercise at least 30 minutes. Drink water. Don't quit. Make the right choices. Have a great day everyone!

Thank you for calling me out. :) I agree, it really is helpful and inspiring to see so many other people in here writing down the daily goals. For me, the act of actually writing it out really helps.
