I posted this in the daily motivation thread but wanted to share here as well. Maybe it will help someone else re-focus a 'blip' like I'm planning to...

After a 3.5 commute home due the flash blizzard where the only available to eat was a sleeve of Peanut Sandwich Girl Scout cookies (I could have eaten both sleeves, so no all bad), a lackluster but ok day yesterday, and a donut this morning – it was there, I was weak, wasn’t even that great, I’m ready to focus and make the rest of today awesome.

Goals for the rest of today…
Log all food (including the donut)
Drink more water
Think of why I’m doing this, not how it’s going to be to get where I want to be
Get to the gym tonight
Keep my goals in mind
Remember what motivates me
Be nice to a stranger, it’s Friday
