I walked 10k today and it’s been a really long time since I’ve done that! Haven’t lost much yet but I hope I stay on track!

This makes a lot of sense! I forgot that’s how it worked I was thinking I had to adjust my goal every time I exercised. Thank you!

After 1 month of logging I've lost 9 pounds and a total of 12 inches throughout my body! Especially my thighs at 5 inches each! If anyone would like to add me feel free! :) i need motivation and food ideas. Somedays it feels impossible to reach my goal but I won't give up!

Your story made me tear up a bit as I've felt the struggle for so long myself! I've gotten on and off the healthy eating bus but now that I have mild health issues, there's no better time than now to start. Thank you for sharing your journey you are truly an inspiration! :) congrats to your new journey ahead

Keep going! You are such an inspiration! Congrats on your weight loss!

Did your hypothyroid issues lessen after going vegan? I'm struggling with hyperparathyroidism and the symptoms are similar so just asking. My energy is at a standstill..more like a sitstill ha! But I've been considering a vegan diet. Congrats on your weight loss! You look great and it gives me hope!

Yes I barely had my first appointment last week to go over blood tests. I'm hoping she is good. I've had an ultrasound showing a growth on one of the nodules so I've been reading up that once they remove it that my symptoms should go down a lot. But i'm hoping she will suggest removing it and not just medication.

You are such an inspiration! If I may ask, how long did it take you? I’ve lost 27 so far in 4 months with October only losing 2 pounds but I’m not giving up and this definitely motivated me again so thanks for sharing :)

This is all great advice that led me to do a 5k hike on Saturday morning and I’m going again next weekend! Thank you all for taking the time to share your inspiration! Thank you for this advice! I think I do need to incorporate being more mindful because I have so many issues and bad situations going on lately I let them suck the positivity out of me and I just get stuck on those bad issues in my head over and over but maybe if I’m more mindful I can at least let my mind go to a somewhat…

I thought I was being habitual for a while there when it was going good for like 10 weeks with occasional bumps.. but then I just stopped which was weird but obviously not fully stopped since I’m still here but I just have a lot more things on my mind now and not just like “oh what am I going to eat what fits in my…

Yes! In my environmental science class, we learned about NDD. Nature deficit disorder. And it's my generation affected greatly by this due to technology. If we are disconnected with the earth, then we are ultimately disconnected from ourselves. Great post
