Eating under BMR?
Is it safe? And if so, by how much? Just wondering because some of the calorie calculators suggested in the helpful posts said my bmr is 1529-1835 but to lose 2 lbs a week, mfp suggested eating 1490. Is this ok?

I'm currently doing HAS fit low impact cardio which is ok but has anyone done another video and had good results? Im a beginner and have 30-45 minutes to spare a day. Sodium intake
Do you follow the amount that mfp gave you? I know it makes you retain water if you have too much so I just want to know if what the number they gave is ok? My amount is 2,300 mg. I usually don't go over but sometimes I do. I'm lightly active, 26, 5'5, and 220 pounds.

How low is "low carb?"
And does it apply to healthy carbs as well to keep them low too or just bad ones? Has anyone had more success with low carb than with just following the numbers mfp gives?
