Did Yoga last night, surfing today, and planning a 46 mile bike ride this Saturday. Knees going to be sore AF.

It was a weekend of birthday parties so it was planned but i rarely do something like this over the entire weekend but i believe a cheat meal is needed from time to time.

I love being 41 and more fit than the kids. Yeah my joints hurt but i can still out run and burpee alot of these young bucks.

Started at 227 on Dec 3rd, currently at 208. Going down to 200 to 205. Beach body.

Swimming a little over 1000 meters. Then took the dog for a 30 minute hill walk.

I have read so much different data on this. Some will say IF is the answer. While others say snack. Me, i have done both. I prefer to be like a cow, snack all day with no heavy meals.
