    Yesterday I got stuck for my usual workout, had to hang out most of the afternoon with a got waking up from a sedative, so I did ab work on an upturned water trough and then went for a walk after he got up :D

    Today is just a regular road run, 4-5 miles depending on how my hip feels.

    Pretty much the same as yesterday - 5K row followed by 35 easy minutes on the AirDyne Pro. Hard AT workout tomorrow so today I wanted it to be easy. Pickleball practice tonight with the wife for fun. Just joined a Pickleball league near Tucson.

    5 hours in the yard. First cut post winter in the pasture and the lawn is a headache with the rain and spring-in-january/february/march weather we had. Glad this week is a rest week from the bike. I'd be dead trying to do all that after the bike.
