I skipped the gym this morning but did an hour of yoga after work.0

Rowing. An hour and 45ish min in a 4.1

1,936 calories doing 220 minutes of cardio exercises
That's cutting down trees with a hand saw, bucking trees, moving trees up hills, etc. Clearing brush, pulling, pushing, and getting rid of junk buried in my acre by the river/creek area.
Probably burned more. Certainly worked for many hours today. Lifting trees at around 8m length today can be an awkward move.
Still, fantastic day. Horrible rest day. Need to eat more to get back into a reasonable deficit.2 -
KB floor press work done with biceps isometrics as a superset for 5 rounds.
Wrapped it up with 24kg two-hand swings - 100 reps in 2:59.94 as in less than 3 minutes for a new PR.0 -

I have been knocking out insanity and body pump classes at the YMCA. Along with sometimes spinning and STRONG class. Insanity and body pump are my favorite. 3 to 5 x a week and sometimes two a days0

Used the Lateral machine for about 30 minutes. Then my friend and I did 1 round of the new Pulse room at the local Club Fitness.0

Run 5:15 walk 0:45 for 10 rounds = 60 minutes and 5.73 miles. Done during 14th hour fasting.

Cycled a short but sweet 22 miles1

Half marathon yesterday. Really rubbish time, but very good training for my full marathons next month. Legs felt like they'd already run a half after the day before's all day bootcamp, and by 6miles I was hurting everywhere. But I pushed through, finished and even managed to sprint over the line.3

I have a gym membership. My goal when I got it was to have fun and promise after every visit to come back one more time. That's 7 months ago. Starting weight 253 current weight 239 goal weight 145. I go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week and the other days I walk as quickly as I can for one hour in the park near my house.
Yesterday's work out 60 minutes
Stretching
Push and pull the prowler with 135lbs X 4 with 1 minute plank after each
Super set X 4 with 1:30 rest
20 lb dumb bell bench press X 15
40lb squats X 20
Tricep Dips X 20
Abs Superset X4 40 seconds each with 1 min rest
Deadbugs, superman, crunches touching each heel

15 minute Core strength youtube video this AM to wake myself up. undecided on my PM workout for after work. will walk 30 min at lunch.

5Km run and then an hour later Stronglifts 5x5 program (Squat, Bench Press and Standing Row). Feeling good now :-)0

Took a stab at the 19.5 Crossfit Open workout (thrusters and jumping pull ups because I did scaled)
workout was: 20 minute cap sets of 33-27-21-15-9
I got through 177 reps in the 20 minutes

After a long cross country move from Cincy to Tucson, finally back at it the last couple of days.
Did 40 minutes on the AirDyne Pro yesterday (slower) and 10 X 90 second sprints/60 seconds rest today, 10 minute cool down. After two weeks plus off, taking it easy working back into shape. Longest cardio break in years for me.1 -

An hour and 20 or so minutes of rowing in an 8 this morning. Shockingly my last two strokes of the last piece we did before docking were my best two.1

Walked 35 min at lunch
PM workout was:
Bird dog crunch x6 each side
Russian twist x20
Reverse crunch x10
Oblique dips x6 each side
15 sec plank
30 sec boat hold
Repeat all 3x
And then I did 20 min of a 30 min cardio video. I thought I was going to die so I stopped it. Will revisit that video another time! I didn’t have enough fuel in my tank, should have had a snack prior to.0 -
At my office, resistance bands workout of overhead press work and bent-over row work, done as supersets, for 15 minutes.0
