4.8km speed up run last night per request of de Garmin. There was actually some cool breeze, although I still looked like I'd just been fished out of the river by the end of it. @quilteryoyo happy belated birthday!

Got a 4km run last night as requested by the watch. It had been raining all day so the temp was a nice cool 20C (68F). Run was a good bit faster than the previous ones, which proves that my current speed, or lack of which, is not entirely because I'm out of shape :D
