    Awww. Those are great pictures of your youngest with Charlie @tarun_yadavA . I'm sure it was/is very hard for him.

    That looks like a really fun party @mari333a ! The groom needs a bowtie though. :lol:

    Looks like you are having a great time in Japan @martaindale . I do think Tokyo is a bit too densely populated for my liking. I did like that they had tennis courts in the picture. :wink: The bonsai trees are cool and it's hard to believe that one is over 500 years old. I'm glad it was in a place where someone kept taking care of it for all that time.

    You're doing great @yirara .

    Great run @kgirlhart . Congrats on the last half being faster than the first yesterday.

    @Scott6255 I'm glad the pain subsided after a bit. The rest over the weekend will probably do it good. Have fun in Austin.

    Hahaha @chris_in_cal . That sounds like something I would do.

    Total 80.60 miles/ Goal 100 miles

    I went to see Crowder last night at Fun Fest and didn’t get home until 11:00 pm so I just couldn’t get up any earlier than I did (5:30 am). I did a strength workout and then since I’m working from home today, I went to my local park that has a one mile trail loop and ran 3 of them. It was 80F but thankfully, most of it was tree covered. I still need 20 miles to hit my goal this month so I’m thinking I will do at least 10 miles tomorrow.

    Glad you had a great run @yirara . You were smart to not overdo too fast.

    I hope you enjoyed your night out @Teresa502 . Nice use of your time at home and getting in 3 miles on the park loop after a morning workout.

    Nice running @kgirlhart ! Enjoy the puppy sitting and frisbee.

    Morning all.
    Got in 8.08M at 10"06.

    @ContraryMaryMary well done on 18K... And nearly beating the Ginger ninja yesterday!

    @Laurz9191 yikes! Glad you're ok!
    And what's Marseille like, the city?
    Generally associated with people flying there with easyJet Ryanair etc just to use to get to what you're doing - South of France.
    Haven't heard great things - but they've only been from football fans who've gone out to watch European football games.

    @quilteryoyo well done on 'Wunning' after getting up late and not being in zone
