Got a pleasant surprise this morning. I usually weigh myself daily and this morning found I have finally returned to the 150s after several months. I admit it was disheartening seeing the number on the scale juggle around the same 5 lbs. It felt amazing knowing that I finally made some real progress. Here's to hoping it…
