  • Hi there ! I'm Erwan, I'm 21 years old and I weigh about 63 kg (165cm). I know I'm not overly overweight if not at all, but I've noticed I've been off-track lately, and I don't want that anymore. My weight goal would be 57 kg but I'm happy to stay at maintenance as long as I see some physical changes (would really like to…
  • Thanks, I think you're right. It's hard to wrap my mind around it yet but I've been thinking about it all day and I just can't continue this path of restricting / binge-eating on and off. I think I'll have to focus more on the way that I look and feel rather than what's on the scale. That's hard though, fingers crossed…
  • Yes I try to air them out more than I used to, think I'll force myself to log and not get overboard when occasions pop up
  • Thanks very much for the support it's highly appreciated. It's hard not to get bummed out when I'm still deeply dissatisfied with both what's on the scale and what I see in the mirror. My doctor also recommended me to focus on strength training so that's what I've been mostly doing lately, that and brisk paced walks…
  • Thanks for the input. I'm just worried, if I'm maintaining the same weight with the amounts of calories I eat now, won't upping those calories mean weight gain? That's just what I'm worried about...
  • Thanks for your answer ! I honestly don't have a set date on when to lose the weight, I'm just sick of the scale not budging since March.... I'm already at a healthy weight, but I still have some amount of fat to shed, but it seems nothing works. Don't know if it's a calorie thing or a hormonal thing, but it's getting…
  • I'm 21, 164cm and 60kg. I do use a scale to measure everything, and I multiply meat / fish that has been cooked by 1,3 as I've seen online was the average, although I don't always double check the calories entered in the food log, so I'll be more careful about that in the future. I've been stuck at around 60kg since late…
  • Thanks for the kind words, I'm not really used to opening up about this kind of stuff so it feels good having nice answers like yours. I think I need to take a step back and remember why I started losing weight in the first place. I'll try to remember that when it all feels like too much again. Thanks a lot it really means…
  • I've been plateau-ing since late March, I don't know what to do either but just... stick to it and not get discouraged. Good luck to you, we're in this together !
  • Yes that's what I thought too, the less weight you have to lose the harder it is to lose it because there's not So Much extra that you can shed off. Anyways I know I don't have that much to lose but I'd really like to go back to the weight I was before I gained it all, and hopefully gain some self-confidence along the way.…
  • Thanks, it's nice to see that we're not alone in there ! I'll definitely keep going and hopefully the scale will start going down again !
  • Thanks so much, yeah it hasn't been easy I sometimes feel like I'm not going to be able to keep losing weight but I gotta tell myself that if I quit it won't get results either so I gotta keep at it... But thanks so much for your message of support it really means a lot !
  • Wow okay thanks a lot I'll check that out and try to prep my meals better so I can have more protein per day!
  • Fairly simple answer but it still helps a lot, thanks ! I'll try to switch things up a bit (tbh I just finished my exams so I finally have more time to focus on exercising and stuff). Thank you very much !
  • Thanks ! I'm just scared of upping my calories intake and actually gaining weight but I've also read that under eating might actually do the reverse result and actually prevent me from losing weight. I guess I'm just scared of gaining weight lol. But I'll try to do that and eat more protein and fruits and veggies. Thanks…
  • Ok thanks very much for your answers and encouragement! I'll try to make my diary open although I'm a bit scared ahah maybe it'll turn out I'm not doing anything right, but oh well guess that's how I'll actually progress.
