  • I have done this once before back in June I think it was. It was very helpful. I have gained about 20 pounds back to the original 220 I was already fighting. So I'm back to try again.

  • Thank you. Been drinking apple cider vinegar, staying as close to 1200 calories as I can, eating a lot of soup, no fast food, and trying to keep up with my 10000 steps a day on my fitbit. One of them are working lol.
