    Had some connectivity issues to MFP this week. Still working out three times a week and taking long walks daily as I figure out my fitness goals. I finally roasted the acorn and delicata squash (that I bought for the first time in my life!) Roasting vegetables is definitely the way to go;) Looking forward to more experimentation with foods I thought I hated!

    Met your goal! Yahoo! I started roasting bell peppers, red, orange, yellow ones. So delicious! 6 at a time! I have had connectivity issues all week also.
