To top it off, when I and others submitted trouble ticket for issues with newsfeed, the tech acted like it just happened and first they heard of it. They sent me a litany of questions, then the next day, they labeled the issue "resolved". Thanks

cumin (lots), garlic, diced onions, thyme, salt, little cayenne, and butter, wonderful. Can also add black beans, corn, and some diced tomatoes

Not as good as fresh, but in a pinch, I will put canned/sliced carrots in stew if fresh not avail. Put at end. I use dry beans for all my soups (no cans to open), taste 10x better

I fry my salmon 400 degrees, first spray w/olive oil (0 cal in spray can), put blacked seasoning, smother w/slice lemons bake 13 min depending on thickness. I eat a lot of whole foods, and airfry cubed sweet potatoes, turnips, and butternut (spray 1st with olive oil 0 cal)

How are your steps calculated? Is possible your tracker is picking up arm, upper body movement, sometimes this can make one think it's all steps. Depending of the pace, you should be burning a lot of cals, that's approx 6-11 miles daily

20, 30 minutes, even up to 40, you should be good. I never ate before running even 10 milers or 15 mile bike rides. But when I swim (1 mile), I need to eat something light, 300 calories or so.
