It's been a full year since I started my weight loss/fitness/ overall health journey and consistently tracking my calories and macros in MFP. It definitely hasn't been a straight arrow and I've binged more days than I'd like to admit and I've slacked more than I should have but I've never given up. One day at a time. Making permanent changes for the win.
