I feel the same way! For me the alcohol associated with weekends is the cal. killer. Then I lose my inhibitions and start reaching for the treats.

Awesome job!

It looks absolutly delicious my mouth is watering! Thanks for sharing :)

You might want to change up your exercise routine too b/c your body will get used to doing the same old thing.

With 15 lbs.to lose I would set it to 1 lb./ week for a bit. When you get to about 5 lb. from your goal set it to .5 lb./week. If you exercise 30 min./day you will get more cals. to eat :)

You truly do look like a different (healthy) person and have such a fantastic attitude too. You are amazing!

Great idea to save time, money and calories. I love it!

I agree with PP. I get about 1500 cals. and still have difficulty staying in my goal without exercise. One thing I do is cut all my buns thinner by half, order thin crust on pizza, eat lean protein at most meals. Coffee and tea help fill me up while adding very few cals.

It is amazing how we can rationalize the extra weight. Good for you for opening your eyes to it and doing something about it. Awesome work so far :)

My goal is 135 for now. I am thinking I may want to set my maintenance goal at 130-135 just so I have some wiggle room. My ultimate goal is to be stronger and fitter so I want to leave some weight on me for muscle.

woot! Enjoy that feeling :)

Those people suck. Change for you not them or you will not succeed.

I get Bob's Red Mill and love them. I have them about 3x/week for breakfast. taste great and fill you up all morning. I like them with a tsp. of brown sugar and some milk. They do take a bit to make so I make 1 batch for the week. A lot of fiber and great iron.

WOW fantastic and inspirational :)
-
Woot! Such a great reward for all of that hard work :)

From one Angie to another: You can do it. You ARE doing it. We will meet our goals and be the fabulous Angies we dream of being. :)

Go for a walk or run. Drink a lot of water.

Welcome! Sugar was my downfall too. Than I got gestational diabetes and had to give up sugar altogether. After giving birth I tried to eat my old sugary foods and they tasted disgusting. Coke tasted like liquid sugar, just gross. So no cravings b/c it just tastes bad!

Woot! Awesome job :)
