So a friend at my office just asked me how much weight I lost. I told her 57lbs, but 10 of that was baby weight so really I lost 47lbs. She said sarcastically "Oh, ONLY 47 lbs." Then she asked me if I was a size 6 now. Really? I am a size 10 and don't think I look anything like a size 6, but it sure felt good to hear her say that. She doesn't realize she just made my day.

I'm a guy.... I'm pretty darn ignorant on women's sizes. I don't know the difference between a size 6 & 10..... but I do know that a compliment is a compliment and it sure makes the soul feel good.
