Look.. reality is that it takes 3500 EXTRA cals over your regular cals to maintain your weight to even gain 1 pound.. so perspective here.. Yes. EXTRA FIRM tofu ..cut into small triangles and bake it in oven till crispy on top.. flip if need be.. we make a curry chinese dish with it using K.A.M.E rice stick noodles ( Mei Fun).. toasted sesame oil, curry.. yum!
