I think...."THIS IS WHO I AM!" not....this is who I am for now, or should be...lol.
Also, I am going to the UK to meet a long-time friend from a support group this Summer and I imagine myself running toward my friend when I just can't kick it anymore at the gym!0 -
Are you WISHING for it? or are you WORKING towards it?0

You can do this.0

With God.. All things are possible.0
-
You got to want it.0

For exercising properly: "if it doesn't hurt, it doesn't work" lol I'm not talking about serious pain or anything lol but just as in putting an effort on my body and muscles.0

Own

Every day when I get out of bed, I say "You got this!" No matter what the day throws at me, I know I can handle it.0

Fat People Die.
That's my mantra!0 -
"Just put the shoes on."
Getting to the gym and getting dressed is the hardest part. Once I get there and start exercising I'm fine so on days when I'm starting to make excuses I "just put the shoes on", meaning just change into my workout clothes, and then I'm fine. And feel better having made the healthier decision.0 -
"It's not a diet, it's a lifestyle."0

"It''s not the size of the dog in the fight, but the size of the fight in the dog"0
