I am doing some strength. I know I've also built more muscle in my bum too. It's hard to explain, it's like the fat over my muscle is softer.

Ok just stepped on scale (shh) and I'm 189.8, haven't been below 190's for years! I'm excited but not, after I finally get a good number, I usually gain a lb or 2 and then it takes a week to get down again.

hehe even our user name is similar! I finished week 7 yesterday, I was slow and it wasn't a good run. I stuck with the 25 minutes. It is amazing to see my progress through the program. I truly love running now! How old are your kids? I have 2 boys, 16 & 14, and 3 girls, 9,6 & 1!
