Calorie burn - Jillian Michaels Yoga Meltdown

Hey fellow MFP's, does anyone have an idea of the calories burned during Level 1 of the JM Yoga Meltdown? I know it's dependent on your weight but I haven't found it posted on the site.

    It's best to get a HRM to accurately judge your calorie burn. I use Polar F4 and I love it. Not too many bells and whistles to worry about. For the time being you could enter it as aerobic activity and enter the amount of time you worked out. I have that DVD and it does get the burn up.

    Thanks Peeps, will look in to getting a HRM. Got a pedometer which helps to measure kcal but I don't think it will work when I'm doing this one - man does it burn! Didn't think I'd get much of a workout but it proved me wrong so I didn't feel bad about missing a day of 30DS when I substituted it.
