C25K graduates
At the end are you actually running 5 kms? I know it'll vary from person to person because of speed. So I'm curious. Also did it include the walk up and cool downs? Are did you actually RUN 5 KM?

Do you carry protection when running?
Another thread got me thinking. Do you carry anything when you go running to protect yourself? I actually just ordered 2 small (4"x1") dog sprays, basically pepper spray. We live in a small town so I'm not worried about a man attacking. However we have cougars here and I'm terrified of them.

How do you eat your Greek yogurt?
I love the Liberte brand coconut Greek yogurt but at 280 calories for 3/4 cup. I don't have it anymore. I tried plain 120 calories per 3/4 cup, but I just couldn't do it. I've been eating honey Greek (140 cal per 3/4c) with granola on top. Love it! So what's your fave ?

Sore elbows?!
My right elbow, well the inside bend, has been sore for awhile now. I thought it was from throwing the ball for my dog with a ball launcher. However after weeks of not using it, it is still sore. Running and 30 day shred?
I am loving running so I'm not giving it up :) I was thinking of starting 30DS again but I remember how awfully sore I was for the first week. Does anyone do them together? Did it make running harder?

Question about FAT
I know my butt is smaller, it looks and measures smaller and I've lost weight so how can it not be?! HOWEVER it is sifter, feels like more fattish then muscle LOL When I run I swear I can feel it jiggle more. The only thing *I* can think of is, that maybe my fat is breaking down? I have no idea. Am I crazy?

How much over BMR?
My BMR is 1641 and my calorie goal is 2150, today I ran and burned almost 500 calories. Right now I'm at 2211 food, net 1700. Is that ok on a regular basis? Or should I not go above BMR net?

Right now I'm running every second day and doing JM 30 day shred 5-6 days and yoga class on Monday's. How can I fit in rushfit? I'm thinking dropping shred, adding RF on non run days, would it be bad to do them on the same day ever?

Rushfit strength & endurance! How to track?
I don't know much about fitness so I don't know how to track it! BTW it was awesome! It felt like a better work out the JM 30 day shred! Also it was a 10 minute warm up, which was hard work, 25 min work out and then 6 min cool down. Cool down was just stretches. How many minutes do I track?

Increased calories, weight staying exactly the same
Ok so I increased my calories. The scale hasn't moved. Odd thing is is that my weight usually really fluctuates day to day. For 3 days it hadn't moved. Is this normal?

Should I burn more calories or not?
Ok so my goal is 2150 calories, my BMR is 1635. So I can burn 515, I ran today and burned 433, I was going to do shred too, but I'll go under my BMR. So what's better? Also I'm out of town tomorrow so no exercise.
