Running and 30 day shred?

I am loving running so I'm not giving it up :) I was thinking of starting 30DS again but I remember how awfully sore I was for the first week. Does anyone do them together? Did it make running harder?

    Occasionally I will do both it one day. It does make me more tired. Normally I will do one or the other throughout the week.

    I run three days a week and swim three days plus do the 30 day shred six days a week. After the 30 days I am going to slow down a bit with the shred but still run and swim. I do find myself tired and I sleep a lot deeper. I live in a very hilly area so I find the long hills a bit harder when running but my times are improving. I did develop a cold and I think it was because I was doing too much and my body was run down (I also have a five month old with colic so sleep is not really happening for longer than a couple of hours). I think it is worth it for toning. Good luck!
