Rushfit strength & endurance! How to track?

I don't know much about fitness so I don't know how to track it!
BTW it was awesome! It felt like a better work out the JM 30 day shred!
Also it was a 10 minute warm up, which was hard work, 25 min work out and then 6 min cool down. Cool down was just stretches. How many minutes do I track?
