Turkey Gravy

My will power will really be tested tonight! We're having turkey. I have NO idea how to figure out calories for gravy. I'm NOT going to have much but how do I figure it out.

    Just search the database for "turkey gravy." My father is very anti-gravy. He thinks his parents both had heart disease because they had gravy once or twice every day. But it's really not all that bad. 100-120 calories per cup. And a cup of gravy is quite a lot!
