Rushfit and c25k?

Right now I'm running every second day and doing JM 30 day shred 5-6 days and yoga class on Monday's.
How can I fit in rushfit? I'm thinking dropping shred, adding RF on non run days, would it be bad to do them on the same day ever?

I love rushfit but your already doing too much cardio and going to lose too much lean muscle as it is. I would do at least 3 days of weight training and drop your cardio down to 3-4 days per week.0

I was hoping Rushfit was a kind of strength training. I don't have access to a gym so I can weight train0

You dont need a gym membership for less than the price of rushfit you can buy what you need to lift at home. Here is a link to another thread that I listed all you need.

Got to work out now but I will be back after to help!!:bigsmile: The only thing I see that you need that you already dont have is an exercise ball ($10.00 at walmart) and 2, 20lb dumbells( but you will need more as you get stronger)0
