I had mine removed on August 22. I ended up in the ER the night before following a day of severe nausea where I couldn't get out of bed. The PA asked what surgeon I wanted (small city) and then I was admitted to a room upstairs. Normally at this hospital laproscopic gallbladder removal is done in day surgery, but I was…

Wow - thanks everyone. I would love to just add PB or almonds to my meals - but unless I want it with a shot of Epipen, all nuts are a nogo. My budget is pretty low on food each month - at least until I get a court order for alimony, so even though the foods I got are all diet, its what I've got until next month, so I need…

MFP has a recipe builder that will give you all of that!

I'm 250 and wear XL shirts - but I normally wear unisex tshirts that are XL. If I was buying regular womens shirts, I'd probably be a 2XL. Boo.

The scrambled eggs with salmon and goat cheese look great! Thanks for posting.

Sounds so great - and I have fresh green beans!

That sounds similar to the Applebees Santa Fe Chicken Salad, which is 920 w/o dressing. http://www.applebees.com/menu/salads http://www.calorieking.com/foods/calories-in-salads-santa-fe-chicken-without-dressing_f-ZmlkPTE5MjUxMg.html

I'll be in the middle of internship interviews for tax season (or have them done by then) so I hope to fit into my suit! It's an 18 misses, so I need to lose a few more inches before then!

Welcome! I also have alot to lose - 90 to 100 lbs, so I'm here for the long haul. Anyone feel free to add me!

I was looking online yesterday, and it seemed that every "good big sports bra" was at least $60. I know you get what you pay for, but I can't pay that (college) so I'm hoping that someone comes in with a suggestion for something affordable.

30 year old brand new MBA student! Classes started yesterday, and I'm hoping to lose the freshman 15 (or 90) finally!

Mine's a combination clarinet and keyboard. Depends on the tunes.

Baby Carrots. If they are here, they are gone. But only the really thin baby carrots - not the rounded edge bullet shaped ones - those are too dry. And it's even worse if hummus is in the house - because one tv show, and the bucket is gone.

I love the texture, but not what it does to me later (IBS hates cottage cheese - it's really high on the lactose count). If the Lactaid brand is on sale, I might buy it for a treat, but it's expensive.

Um, what about waking up naked in your inlaws kitchen? Would that count? Yes, that was me. The night of my 30th birthday. Which I don't remember.

Put 1 tbsp olive oil in a non stick pan. Add 1 tbsp minced garlic and 1/2 a sliced onion. Let saute until translucent. Add in about 1/2 cup carrots (coins or baby) and let cook 4-5 minutes. Slice up into coins or half coins one small zucchini and one small summer squash. Finish with a sprinkle of fresh basil or other herb.…

Hi! I'd love to add you as a friend. My goal is at least 90 lbs to go, and I am just starting. I am on my computer constantly, so having the open diary is a great idea!

Last nights pan sauteed fish fillets with vegetables and brown rice was followed with popcorn with real butter and a glass of wine. So bad.

I should have read more before posting. Forgot one question for other users - can anyone be my friend? :)

Welcome! I'm new today too, and am in the same boat. Did we have the same mother? Baby fat, then the meds as a teenager, then it was an excuse of living in a food wasteland. I'd love to give and get support from someone in the same situation. I hope to lose at least 90.

Friends who don't need to say "but a size four is needed to enter the bar"? I'm so in! Can I be your friend too?

I'm an MBA student with classes two nights a week, and online. So, lots of sitting at home in pajamas. But lots of time to make it to the gym too! I'm married with no kids or furbabies. When I get out of college, I'll be a CPA.

Getting pregnant! And a new wardrobe. Or two - regular and maternity :)
