Logging Route 66 Chop Salad - Underestimating?

Options
I am not sure I am figuring out the calories accurately and i was hoping if any of you would mind double checking my math... i want to make sure I am as accurate as possible with my logging...

Went to a work lunch at the Border Cafe today and ordered the Route 66 Chop Salad. I ate half at lunch and just had the other half for dinner. It was way yummy, but now I have to log it and I'm not sure if I am really estimating right.

This is the write up from the menu...

Mesquite grilled chicken tossed with iceberg lettuce, red onion, a corn and black bean relish, fresh red peppers, Monterey Jack cheese, diced avocado, crispy tortilla strips, and our kickin' Chipotle lime sauce.

The nutrition information is not already listed anywhere on the internet that I can find (I could have missed it). So i am going to carefully try and separate out all the parts...

6oz mesquite grilled chicken 220 calories
3 cups lettuce 24 calories
1 medium slice red onion 6 calories
1/4 cups red peppers 12 calories
1 oz Monterey Jack Cheese 110 calories
1/2 medium avocado 140 calories
crispy tortilla strips 140 calories
approx 1/4 cup of corn and black bean relish...(approx 200 calories?)
about 3 tbsp of their kickin' Chipotle Lime sauce (approx 200 calories?)

So I was going to log it as a 1000 calorie salad. Do you think I am underestimating?

Thanks!
