That is awesome! You worked so hard. I didn't get a reward when I was done. THat sounds like a good idea at the Labrada program. Have you seen the fitbit? I was thinking they looked great because they are so small.

I love having a group too! I am planning on starting labrada's 12 week program after next week. So on March 18th. I just have one more week of the bizzy diet. I have really liked it and how much I am sweating. :)

I am so sorry. That happened to me in January for about 2 1/2 weeks. It was so miserable. Don't get down on yourself. Just get lots of rest and fluids and be ready to get back to the gym when you feel better. It will probably take some time to feel yourself again. At least that is how I was. Get better soon.

That is the thing I didn't like about them. I felt like everyone was watching me and wondering what the heck I was doing. Also, they were a bit hard on my joints. THey did their job of making me feel completely exhausted though. :)

Welcome! Most of the group is on phase 2 right now. I am on week 10 and start 11 monday. I also really like the program, just wish I could eat as healthy as she recommends.

Yes, it was a wonderful week 9 for me. I am definitely not as strong as I was. I only went to the gym about 3 times a week for 2 1/2 weeks when we were all sick. Yeah I agree the KT tape is wonderful. Make sure you get the pro kind. It is more expensive but will last way longer. I used it lots when training for my marathon.

For a minute I thought I had another buddy on week 9. :wink: I am just so happy that I made it through the entire week this week. It was definitely hard after being on and off the last 2 weeks with sickness. I feel I lost some of my muscle so I am hoping to really get most of it back by next week.

I was going to suggest standing leg curl as well. Just don't lift to heavy either if you are having knee problems. I have them as well and have had surgery on one of my knees. I never can get all the way down on my lunges because it hurts too much. But just try to do the best I can.

Yes 20 means 10 sets. So do a both legs and count it as one or count each one separately. And doing negatives are drop sets. So start high and then drop a little lower on each set.

I have double up as well before. A friend of mine that did it told me I could take out a day since there are 2 legs days. Phase 2 took about 90 minutes for me to finish each day. Except leg days, they were about an hour. Phase 3 is taking me longer than the 90 minutes so I have only been getting about 20 to 25 minutes of cardio in.

I use one that is a powder. The brand is MusclePharm and it is a cherry limeade flavor. SO yummy! I buy it off of allstarhealth.com it is a good price. I didn't know one was better than the other.
