Ultimately she works for you, if you are unsatisfied, then tell her and work with her to change the meal plan. The change from food being pleasure to fuel is not something you can change by forcing yourself to eat the same thing everyday IMO. Good luck.

I"m very far from an expert on the subject, but I have lost 96 pounds. (total) Things i've noticed: I've never done cardio or lifting and I lost both muscle and fat. As a male very few people have asked my motive for losing weight. One woman asked and I told her the truth, doctor said if I didn't, i'd be dead. She doesn't ask me questions anymore.

Just did two sink loads of dishes, searching the interwebs for someone that wants to go kayaking this month, and generally ignoring the fact that I have to get ready for work in 2 minutes. Guess i better finish the coffee and get ready. Have a great day ya'll.

One day at a time. Mistakes and bad days happen, don't dwell on it the next day is a fresh start make rewards for yourself that are non-food based. get a few friends on here for encouragement take progress photos even if no one ever sees them baby steps man. They add up!.

Once i get a flare up i take about 2 dozen cherries or cranberries and eat them up. Then i drink lots and lots of water, usually 18 servings. The key is to flush the system. I haven't had a major attack in quite awhile but I am do for one soon since i've been so dehydrated lately.

Awesome ideas everyone. Thank you. It looks like I will be trying a lot of new dishes this winter. I was talking with an Amish woman yesterday and she told me that after i make mashed potatoes and I"m tired of them I should cut up some onion and a little egg and make potato pancakes too.

I think this is difficult to do, make friends that is. Especially if they are the opposite sex. One of the problems I find is that everyone who wants to be friends are usually not part of a healthy relationship. IE Everything has to be about them and you get nothing out of the friendship but a constant source of problems.…

when my ex left she left behind this pampered chef Hazelnut-mocha sprinkle mix. at 15 calories a serving it really spiced up the yogurt and as an added bonus she can't have it back now :P Seriously tho, the mocha flavor went really nice and the chunks of hazelnut were awesome!

could be a browser jacker. Might want to do a virus search using a free program like Avast. Or google those names and see if they come up as hack locations. Also, Norton and Macfee are targeted by hackers now because their code is out of date so a lot of definitions get past them. But I'm sure a better computer person can…
