I gave up SUGAR & BUTTER & bread & potatoes. I also don't drink much fruit juice now either. I eat lots of raw fruit. I try to eat protein at every meal & snacks.

toss a handful of lentils into your brown rice when you cook it & just add a bit more water. Rice + Beans = a complete Protein. I accually use real butter when I make this. yummy!

Thaw a huge handfull of frozen shrimp. then make some cocktail saice with ketchup & horseradish. mix it together in a bowl & eat with some sliced cucumbers & a spinich salad with tomatoes on the vine. ENJOY & bon appitite!! :flowerforyou:

My thighs have very loose skin now & I have to wear a skort with my size 12 bathing suit. That is my only complaint. I love being thin. I wish I knew about high protein & low carbs when I was 30 instead of 50. Oh well I'm happy.

Yes, but I only get on it maybe twice a week. I'm not going to regain my lost weight if I KNOW how much I weigh. I will not obsess over my numbers. I obsess over eating healthy food and staying active.

I'm 5 foot 1 inch. I used to weigh 255, but I've been working really hard to lose 100 pounds. Now that I'm getting close to that goal, I realize that's just not good enough. I want to weigh aprox. 135. I would be satisfied somewhere near that weight.

I replied "no" when i'd lost 58 pounds & now I've lost about 90 pounds. I use splenda everyday all the time. I am obviously living proof that it does NOT cause weight gain or hinder weight loss. I put that stuff on everything. It's some WONDERFUL stuff.

Eat more PROTEIN & you won't be hungry. Eat less carbs & you won't crave carbs. Eat as many vegetables as you want. Eat fruit if you want something sweet. NEVER eat anything that contains sugar! I lost 80 pounds with this program!
