I've not read all the responses, b I dropped from a DD to a B... I was also told that 9/10 women who lose their breasts, probably weren't full muscle or "breasts" they were storeing fat in their breasts, therefore you lose the majority of your boobs... mine never went saggy though..

So is it worth the price, or is it too pricey still?
-
No luck, it confused me more if anything.

When I first started losing weight, my body was retaining water horribly(first 100lbs was fluid weight)... I used to drink about a 24 pack of mountain dew a DAY! and then I started walking and drinking nothing but water and it took 6-12 months to get all the fluid weight off. All you need to do is watch your sodium intake…

Is it like the end of the fat people world?! All the skinny people get a nother year and the fat people die out on May 21st....Just sayin' what I've heard......

If you weigh yourself with clothes on its normally 1-3lb difference (I weigh with clothes on because my cousin's gf is in there with me to make sure I don't say less than what it reads but I subtract the 1-3lbs from my clothes depending on if its my pj's or street clothes.) The morning is the best time to do weekly…

Yes it is. I couldn't even button it at first.
-
Should be fixed now.

I do think that they mean, they get a few things they have been craving, track it and savor it.
-
You can do it! Keep up the work, you are doing an excellent job by giving it a try again!!!!
-
I'm like that too, its not a 'meal' without either Texas Pete or Franks red hot!.
-
My bmi is 38.4 and it was like 43.... when I started a freaking yr ago.....and I've still got like 2lbs before the 'overweight' mark...wheres the weightloss overnight fairy to come and make me thin and toned? lol..

Holy jeebus!!! My mom lives in the NC Foothills and said theres been at least 2 touchdowns, but only one was a forsure, their not sure yet if the 2nd one was a twister or just a baaaaaaad windstorm...... Stay safe!!!!!!!

I have the same issue, and all I know is lunges and squats help massively....

I've not achieved my 200lb lost goal, but I'm 70lbs away! Its been a long rough struggle, I've not have any type of plastic surgery or used Jenny craig or any of that junk, I've done it solely with Walking, Jogging, cleaning and playing in the yard. I'm very proud to say that my starting weight was 240, but when I started…

Self motivaion, I've come to realize in my journey, if you don't force it on yourself, well face it you'll NEVER get-r-done so to speak. Wake up in the morning and tell yourself, "I can and WILL do this and whether you like it or not you WON'T stop me" Sounds cheesy I know BUT I do it, I went into hibernation mode this…

Don't EVER give up!!!! I've been at it for a year and its been a roller coaster ride...I'm also getting frustrated with my weight, but I refuse to allow myself to give up.!!

It'd probably be areobics or something, when you do you exercise for that day, type in what exercises you did with the dvd.
-
Pop in the dvds get in a comfortable space and go at it til your body can't go anymore!!

If you can't stomach the plain jane taste of water, I suggest getting those Crystal Light singles packets(Their only 5 calories and jazz the water taste)
-
Thanks, I've tried jazzing my walks up a bit like doing jumping jacks and instead of walk, march as if I were "Chasing twinkies" lol.
-
Jazz your exercise routine up a bit, maybe take a mile walk(brisk pace) and add some weights and a few jumping jacks or squats or what not, get creative and use your surroundings. Or say your feeling like staying home, kick on some exercise videos (Youtube. or if you have netflix theres some good ones). Theres several ways…

I know the feeling Trud, I've been in the 220's since new years. It sucks stepping on the scale and seeing maybe a 1lb loss after all your hard work and effort. all you gotta do is step it up. and when you feel the burn DON'T stop.
-
I've lost 116lbs and no problems with loose skin yet. I've always had a flabby underhang in my armpit area, but its shrinking...Try to tone as much as possible.
-
Thanks all. I've been consuming 1600 calories a day for the past 2 months, and try to do 1-2 hours exercise through out the day. I am proud. and yes when I look to the scale and see I've either lost nothing or 1 lb I STILL get disappointed.

I prefer the Kinect over the WII
