Last 40 pounds....

So I have a compulsive issue... I'm a wake up in the middle of the night and grab a snack and lay back down type of person... The catch is, I've changed my daily eating habits, and fill myself up during the day... But I still snack..... Help?

You go weeks upon weeks losing tremendous amounts of weight, and then you get on the scale and have gained or not lost anything? Its been happening to me here lately ever since Thanksgiving....I've been taking it really hard aswell....any tips or advice?
