So I've been wondering what would you classify jumping on a trampoline as? I don't mean one of those small exercise ones, but a full sized one, as? on the exercise list.

Hmmm not sure! I have a HRM, so when I workout on the trampoline (full sized one too), I usually burn 200cals in 35-40 minutes. That's with me left in a bucket of sweat by the end of it! In achieving this burn, I also have my own technique, jump onto your bum and then back to your feet without taking a break or step inbetween. You also can't use your hands for balance! I do this continually for 35-40 minutes without a break!
Your legs are killing ya afterwards but it's so worth it! You could put it in as circuit training if you want!0
