Not to sure where this post would be but this is the group I opened.....So I've been struggling since...well lets face it since Christmas -Gasp- I know I know.....Been steady, took me 3 months to lose 20lbs....-Massive gasp- I know I've hit my major plateau....Well I would like to increase my calorie intake on here, and not just the earned from such and such but my actual daily consumption...How do you increase it, I just re did mine and it decreased from 1500 to 1450.... -.-' Although, I eat no where near that amount, on a regular "light" day....and what range should I increase to and still break the plateau without my body thinking "Woohoo, its fat style AGAIN!!!!!!!!"Munch out 24/7"....If you know what I mean.....

Maybe you should be looking at eating those 1450 calories and see what that does first. You may find that eating to your current 'maximum' is enough to kick start yourself. If it doesn't you could add 100 calorie increments from there.0
