I took a look at your diary and noticed you have been eating a lot of HIGH calories, processed foods. 1) I would stay away from the pre-packaged meals. they are VERY high in sodium and tend to make you retain water. Hey ladies...I am on month 4 and BOY did I gain weight. 20 LBS in 2 months! EEEEEK! :explode: ON THE BRIGHTSIDE...I AM SMOKE FREE!!! :happy: I went into it knowing I was going to gain so it wasnt a shocker. However, now I am on the prowl to lose these LBS!! I usually have 1/2 cup Quaker Oats mixed with 1/2 cup Blue Diamond ALmond Milk, 2 TBSP craisins, and a chopped up banana. Altogether is about 315 Calories and holds me well until lunchtime! ANd is super yummy too!!!

I think its great that you are finding healthier options!! However, if you can avoid fast food altogether... Be very cautious of fast food salads and "healthy menus" for they usually have hidden calories and an outrageous amount of sodium. Try varying Fiber Bars, 100 calorie packs, peanuts...etc for when you are on the go…

Ok there is no reason to fight over it. Obviously if I ate 1200 calories a day before...I would not be at 175 lbs right now!!! Just a simple question. Thanks for all your input
