Hang in there! I tend to fall of my eating plan from time to time also. Lately a bit more than I would like. Hi everyone! I'm Rita. This sounds like a fantastic group and a perfect way to meet my goals. I think this would also help motivate me to finally get rid of those extra pounds I am carrying around. I've been on MFP for a while and just recently added fitbit to my program to help encourage me to increase my level of fitness…

Feel free to add me too!

The week was ok. Could have been better because I didn't track my food like I was supposed to so needless to say there was a gain on the scale. Will definitely push to do better next week.

Maydalis, Mine came with a green lower body toning band (like the yoga ones) but I also purchased separately a couple resistance bands (with handles) for the toning and core classes. Hope that helps.

Great job everyone! We can totally do this! I finished stretch 40 this morning and I have to admit that I really enjoyed it. Great way to start the day and I finished feeling relaxed (albeit a little sweaty) and ready to start the day. I even managed to squeeze in the performance and recovery drink after the workout. I've…
