i think you look great in the picture :) im 132lbs at 5ft 3 and trying to get to 120lbs, i dont think 110lbs will look good on you i think you need to be higher than that x

im 5ft 3 and started at 150lbs (uk size 12 -14) im now 132lbs and a size 10 uk. my goal is 120lbs and hopefully a size 8 woohoo!!

i have a 4 year old staffordshire bull terrier/ pitbull cross, she is my baby and gives me a good workout daily when she decides to chase the rabbits on our walk and i have to run after her lol x

thanks guys im just a little confused because i normally put on between 2lbs and 4 lbs every tom but this time ive continued to lose ( i weigh daily) although i havent lost as much as i would normally and wondering why that it is different this month. i wonder whether i have had a gain over a few days and thats why im not…

i weigh on a wednesday purely because i want to be at my goal weight by may 9th which is a very special day for me and its on a wednesday this year :happy:

this dosent work for everybody :grumble: im 5ft 3 and have a very small frame and if i was to eat more than 1200 cals a day my body gains weight. if it works for you then great but be aware your preaching wont work for everyone :explode:
