Yes it is ok to take them when you are not pregnant. My friend had a doctor tell her that any woman in their child bearring years should be taking them.

Someone was on here yesterday asking for 12-14 size clothes because she couldn't afford to buy new ones.

I actually saw a book that talked about exercises you can do with your infant. I think it's called exercise with baby. My son is just over a year and we have been going for walks.

Have you thought about seeing a counselor? It sounds like you may have some depression.

I'm not going to lie...at first I had a hard time seeing the difference in the last couple of months, BUT if you look at June and then Sept (skipping over July and Aug) there is quite a bit of difference. You are doing fantstic. Keep up the great work.

I made fajitas the other day and spread the laughing cow cheese on the tortilla (we used spinach tortillas) and then added my chicken, peppers, and onions. My husband and I really enjoyed it. I called my sis-in-law and she uses it in place of mayo, sour cream, cream cheese.....I hope this helps!!!!

Have you tried JC Penny's? I usually have to wear two. One of the stretchy ones and one with under wire.

Go see the Polynesian Center, Pearl Harbor,Snorkeling, and also they have an awesome flea market by Pearl Harbor. Down by Waikiki there is a store that has a giant aquarium that you can walk through....I thought it was awesome.
