i have been on here for 2 weeks and am loving it as well.....i tried to do a food journal in a book but lost interest quick.....this is exactly what i needed!!

ya i do.....i bummed up my foot yesterday and am totally feel guilty about not working out....i just started back and hate getting out of my routine!!

I am feeling better..not a 100% but good enough to go work out..gotta keep on moving if i want that scale to move back down in numbers!!
