Healthy Mozza filled Turkey Burgers

I make these all the time!

1 lb lean ground turkey
1/2 cup salsa

Filling: 1/2 cup low fat mozzarella cheese
Mix these together and make a pocket, fill with low fat mozzarella cheese and fold turkey over the pocket so cheese is inside.

BBQ or cook on inside grill
I put them on a weight watchers bun with LF mayo, red onion and lettuce

They are amazing!!
