Is there a reset button you can press? You should stick with one time of day to weigh yourself, morning, noon, night. Which ever you like best. I weigh in the mornings myself. I haven't done P90 because I don't have the weights they require in most of the videos. I'm currently doing Insanity and even though some days I just don't wanna do it, I love the videos. They are supportive, Shawn T is always pushing and I just like it overall as a workout.

Water aerobics can work wonders. Or doing some laps. It's easy on your knees and you're still working your heart with cardio and some strength training.

I live in Japan and they definitely don't do thanksgiving. So an American friend and I will be hosting a Thanksgiving party. I'm going to work out that morning after I get stuff in the slow cooker and then later have it like a normal heavy meal beacuse I'll need to eat back my calories XD
