I just log it as "Circuit training, general" or "Aerobics, high impact". Power 90 is an awesome program, I'm almost finished with my 2nd month :smile:

I work overnights 5pm-5am 4 days on and 4 days off. Those 4 days I work I go to sleep as soon as I get home and wake up at 1pm to get my workout in before I take a shower, get ready for work, and spend time with my husband and kid. It's tough but it's what has to be done! :)

This happened to me when I first started running. Before I could finish with my 5 minute warm up my left calf completely tightened up. Ended up I needed insoles for my shoes.

I have this same problem and I'm HOPING as long as I tone while losing weight it will gradually go away.

I'm currently doing Power 90 and it's great. He tells you to take your time and take water breaks or pause if needed. Only 25-40 minute videos with a ticker on the bottom showing how much time you have left.

Thanks everyone. I like the idea of lower body workouts the days I run and upper body on my rest days. I'm trying to plan everything out because my work schedule is difficult.
