I feel people make weight loss so complicated when it's not. Hungry? Eat. Don't eat crap. Exercise often.

I found that at first but then my body got use to it. Also I don't drink water after 5 either but I always have a small glass before bed.

I live by the east coast my whole life. It was always fun to see iceberg, whales and seals come down from the north every spring. :) It's not the best picture it more towards the bay, but when the whole bay fills with icebergs and ice pans it's nice

If you're going to use them later anyway then freeze away. I freeze egg whites and yolks depending on what I'm baking and it calls for one or the other. I put them in ice cube trays and then put those in freezer bags.

My dear man was like that at first til I stressed how much I really wanted to change. So he stopping bring fast food and junk home, Sometimes he'll come home with healthy groceries for me because he'll think I'll like to try things. In the end now he eats all the healthy things I do because he thinks it all tastes so good.…

Maybe heat up a light cream cheese, thinned out with some skim milk. That's how I made white sauces when I didn't have a lot of time.

I never bring bad food into the house in the first place. I had to go out last night to get everything we ate last night. Its hard for me to make a regular time for eating. My work hours are different everyday and I go on break when I'm told. I think my body is just not use to me taking in smaller amounts of calories. I also stopped drinking energy drinks. I guess my body is just currently grumpy at me.
