Sweet potato is a lot better than white potato but with that said if you do eat a potato from a body point of view.... Your body doesn;t jkniow how to process the potato without the skin and so it stores it but when you eat the skin with it your body says aha I know what i am suppose to do with it. So eat the skin its good…

LOL I weigh once a week at the same time on Sat. That gives me the most "accurate" numbers. But even with that the "accurate" sometimes, excuse my bluntness, pisses me off cause so much can change the results. I too had the same problem. I was laid up in bed for a while with a foot injury. I lowered my activiety to sedentary and that lowered by calorie count. I also found things I could do in a sitting postion or on my bed. I know exercising in bed sound silly.... cept for the obvious exercize you can do in bed :P ANY way :D My…

Apples and Berries are the lowest on the glycemic index. I don't worry about the sugars in fruit. I am diabetic type 2 off insulin, still take pills but working on just diet control.

Thanks for the responses. I am doing what I can mostly strength training to keep up so that when I am able to get my cardio going again I have more tone under all the ahem well ya know :P

Im not sure about all the concerns lately. For me I track Sugar because I am diabetic but with that said I don't really pay attention to it as most of my sugars come from fruit and I usually stick to apples and berries with are low on the glycemic index.
