What are 5 things that have helped you in your fitness journey??


1) digital food scale
2) heart rate monitor
3) jogging stroller
4) my new saucony's
5) netflix/workout dvds

    2. Supportive Husband and Friends
    3. My Dogs, I have to walk them daily
    4. My MBT Walking shoes
    5. My Digital Scale
    6. My Wii


    Ok so I overachieved on the amount of things...but the Wii and scale are kinda tied!

    2.) Reading labels
    3.) Supportive friends
    4.) Positive thinking! (even when things aren't going well)
    5.) My new found love of green grapes as my sweet treat for the day

    1-MFP (logging my food and exercise)
    2-Vacations I have coming up in December & February. (Bikini !!!! )
    3-scale (digital and a food scale)
    4-water: my CamelBak water bottle makes drinking lots of water super easy.
    5-My own accountability: I told all my family & friends that I am doing this... so now I gotta prove myself !
    *Bonus 6-I have a gym membership & 30 Day Shred dvd.

    1. my wonderful support system here and at home
    2.reading labels and the food diary at mfp
    3. water aerobics and my awesome instructor
    4. learning to love the taste of water.
    5. my motivation photo and everytime I go down a size

    1) Measuring/weighing portions and reading labels semi-obsessively.
    2) Walking/jogging (C25K and just plain old walking around the beautiful lake near my house!), and yoga.
    3) MFP.
    4) My daughter--I want to stay healthy for her sake as much as my own!
    5) My rising energy levels as I lose the weight and exercise more! Feeling great makes me want to KEEP feeling great.
