Hi there I'd love to be friends and help encourage each other. I've been on and off MFP but trying to get back at it. I'm 52 and have 30ish lbs to lose. I walked a mile today with the Leslie Sansone cd and it felt great!

I'm 5'2" and size 10, sometimes 8. (48 years old)

3 year old chihuahua terrier mix male named Fartsie and 1 year old chihuahua pug mix female named Baby Long Legs. Their names speak for themselves. They like to "get the kitty" but wouldn't know what to do if they actually got it.

I started this wanting to lose 40 lbs. I lost 30 lbs in 6 months. These last 10 are hanging around but that's okay with my hubby. :flowerforyou:

I don't think it's dumb but you probably won't see results everyday. How about weekly or monthly instead so you can see the changes? Good luck with your weight loss journey.
