NSV

Well, today it finally happened...I gained 0.2 pounds. One of my friends suggested I take my measurements, so I did. I've lost, L-O-S-T, 3.75 inches from my waist!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    This may be a stupid question founded from my newbness, but how this is an NSV?! The fact that you have dropped a grand 4" from your waist is a pretty big SV in my books.

    Mainly it's because I gained 0.2 pounds this week. Total pounds lost since March 10 is 8.4 pounds. Yes, the scale is a BIG part of the victory-but even bigger is the ability to see the loss of inches even without a weekly loss. :smile:
