I would suggest maybe eating more fresh veggies and fruits. I noticed on a few days you were way over on your fat intake also consider the amount of processed sugar you are consuming might help :) you've done great so far. Keep it up!

I went from a D to a B. But you know what boobs are made up of fat! So think of it as a good thing.Love you body for what you have not what you dont. :smile:

You have got to be kidding. My man waited a year. But he is also my best friend. The waitings more than just say if he's a good guy or not it's call building a relationship. Which sounds like your just interested in sex......

I only have one kid, so can't compare. But Sundays before the work week starts I get groceries and the cut up the fruits and veggies put them in ziplock containers and bags for easy to grab snacks and lunches. Then I'll make a pot of soup or chili and package them for the week to. Best of luck :)

I seen on your profile that you are a mom. I am to and before I had my son I walked and lots 40 pounds in 3 months. After baby completely different metabolism. If you workout 3 hours a day do you eat back your exersise calories? 8 pounds in three weeks is melting off. Trust me it only gets harder. That why i am thinking…

Always under your calorie intake is more than likely your problem. 3 Hours a day is alot to be working out and your body needs fuel to do exersise and burn fat. And 8 Pounds since the 1st is amazing. Weight loss is a slow journey. Dont expect crazy instant results it's not a diet it's a life style. Just treat your body…

I found cold has helped in the past. Also I would invest in some new shoes. That was my problem. New shoes and now more shine splints. Best of luck.

Green tea and an afternoon snack like fruit or yogurt always helps me. Also if you have a break, mines 15 mins. I go for a quick walk and it helps me get over the cravings. Best of luck :)

I gain 8 pounds I am working my butt of running and eating healthy. It seems to be staying but I am determined it's going to come off if it kills me.

I have been on here almost 2 years. I now fluctuate 5 pounds up and down. I am at my goal weight. I keep loggin to stay on track. I know when I have a bad weekend that I will be up the 5 pounds then I log and am usually back down in a few days.

Personally I have lost 75 pounds, I have a six year old son. I found with tonning exercises and time, its possible to not need tummy tuck. I think its whatever you want to do and what your comfortable with. Good luck :smile:
